About the Role

The Ads Sales Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels. This involves identifying and targeting potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts, as well as developing and implementing effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential advertising clients using market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Sales Pitch and Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints. Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
  • Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • C1 level of English.
Benefits
  • Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
  • Salary: €29,800 gross/year plus up to €4,470 gross/year in performance bonus.
  • Work from the office from Monday to Friday is required.

Estimated Salary Range:

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between €29,800 and €34,300 gross/year, depending on experience and qualifications.
