Coreof B2B Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Head of B2B Business Development to join our team at Coreof. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and leading a growing team of Developer Relations experts. You will also support the Product and Marketing functions by compressing information to empower them.
You will partner with other engineering and marketing leads to drive forward CORE thought leadership and serve as the Voice of the Developer, providing strategic product feedback and meaningful Developer Experience context to our broader organization.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to documentation, code samples, and sample projects, speaking and representing Coreof at conferences, and leading events to engage developers about our product. You will also plan and review DevRel contributions to Content & Event Marketing efforts, write technical blog posts and tutorials for the Coreof blog or partner blogs, and participate in online communities & forums with target audiences.
In addition, you will manage our Coreof Developer Community, engage with developers where they are, troubleshoot customer issues, and develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. You will also conduct research on ecosystem trends, upstream software changes, and deepening domain knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in technical roles, such as Technical Program Manager, Software Engineer, Partner Engineer, Developer Advocate, Technical Writing, etc. They should also have 5+ years of experience as a leader of a technical group or DevRel team, as well as 5+ years of experience developing in at least one of Web, Mobile, Desktop, Backend, or Games development environments.
They should possess deep expertise in developer advocacy and community engagement, proficiency in written and oral communications, and a strong affinity for technical writing. They should also have the ability to set a strong vision for the team and follow through to execution, change management and project management experience, or experience working to coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders.
