**Salary and Benefits:** We offer an estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a 20-day annual leave entitlement and opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Job Description:

As a Digital Sales and Marketing Executive at Info Technology Supply Ltd, you will play a key role in driving new business development, creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, and converting leads into paying clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive the success of our innovative cloud-based workflow management solution, Willow360, from the ground up.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Taking full ownership of planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, web) to promote Willow360 to the B2B market;
  • Proactively seeking and identifying new B2B opportunities by targeting relevant businesses through online outreach and digital campaigns;
  • Developing marketing content and digital assets, ensuring consistency with company branding and communication guidelines;
  • Collaborating with the development and marketing teams to refine campaign strategies, optimize messaging, and improve lead quality;
  • Converting leads into clients by showcasing Willow360's value through digital content;
  • Tracking and analyzing sales metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports to management;
  • Providing ongoing feedback from the market, including customer needs, competitor activity, and product improvement suggestions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with at least 2 years of experience in both B2B software sales and digital marketing, who can demonstrate a proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in content creation, business development, project management, and leadership. They will also be self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
