Crypto Business Development Manager

CoinPaid, a leading cryptocurrency payment solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fintech, Crypto, or iGaming B2B Customer Success Management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and negotiate contractual agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Forecast, monitor, and achieve client-based targets, providing regular reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support.
- Promote and share the value of CoinPaid's products and services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fintech, Crypto, iGaming, or online business account management within a B2B setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Russian, both written and verbal.
