About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the growth of our B2B Mobility Solutions. As a Senior Mobility Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the success of our mobility services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Boost sales of B2B mobility solutions, including telematics, fleet sharing, short and medium-term rentals, and electric vehicle services.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to enhance sales and profitability, leveraging call centers, web sales, and exploring new channels.
  • Competitor Benchmarking: Stay ahead by analyzing the competition.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with local suppliers, partners, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Commercial Strategy: Design commercial policies like incentives, PAYPLAN, POLCO, and special campaigns.
  • Key Account Sales: Develop and expand direct sales with National & International Key Accounts.
  • Sales Channel Optimization: Lead marketing and sales actions across all channels.
  • Team Training & Support: Train and guide local sales teams to enhance customer interactions and sales performance.
