Overview
The ideal candidate for this Sales Development Representative role will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on generating new leads and business opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of CRM systems, and experience with Hubspot tools, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
* Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them.* Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities in the market.* Utilize Hubspot tools, including the CRM and sales engagement platform, to generate new sales opportunities.* Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.* Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.* Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.* Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products or services.* Report with weekly and monthly results.

Requirements
* A minimum of one year experience selling B2B deals with ACV of $10k and more.* Knowledge of best practice B2B cold outbound strategies.* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.* Ability to structure and manipulate data.* Knowledge of best practices around CRM system management and reporting.* Experience with Hubspot is an advantage.* A deep curiosity for our data privacy and compliance domain, the product, and our customers.* A sense of urgency to grow the company.* Focus on finding customers that love the product, and won't churn out (SaaS business depends on revenue retention and expansion).
