Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Retail Sales Vice President to lead our Club Channel growth and expansion efforts. This role will focus on developing our business in the Club Channel across Chilled, Ambient, and Frozen non-dairy alternative products.

Salary: The estimated base salary for this role is $225,000 - $240,000, with potential bonus, commission, or equity opportunities based on performance.

About the Role:

This leadership position will be responsible for creating a long-term strategy and executing great results across our existing business in the Club Channel. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation opportunities, improve processes, and take calculated risks to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to accelerate Oatly household penetration and brand love in the Club Channel
  • Build on existing business by creating a long-term strategy and driving execution across Chilled, Ambient, and Frozen lines of business
  • Work across a global framework to help drive success with global Club Customers
  • Optimize selling efforts between brokers and direct sales
  • Establish Oatly as a thought leader in plant-based dairy alternatives in responsible channels
  • Explore, evaluate, and drive new Channel expansion growth opportunities
  • Establish and execute holistic winning Customer plans across assortment, price, promotion, and shelving
  • Work with brand groups and Shopper Marketing to maximize awareness, trial, and loyalty of Oatly products

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years in CPG Grocery experience, preferably with Chilled background
  • Minimum 5+ years experience managing Club / Costco
  • Bachelor's degree at minimum
  • Deep experience leading and building lasting and sustainable businesses
  • Experience in growing businesses in alternative channel formats (non-grocery)
  • Category and Consumer focused mindset, using syndicated data sources and customer-specific data to create value-added joint business opportunities
  • Command of business systems and tools to effectively manage and grow a large business
