International Sales Director

We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including uncapped commission and double your commission once you reach 100% YTD sales quota. Our coaching and mentorship program will help you progress your career and achieve your goals.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, with excellent closing skills, goal-oriented drive, and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas. They will also be well-organized, with highly effective time and activity management skills, and excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

- Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans using a cold calling strategy.
- Cross-sell into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on ADP's other products and solutions.
- Collaborate daily with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.
- A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
- Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
- Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
- Fluent in French and English.
