Job Description

In this exciting role as International Sales Specialist - Language Travel, you will be responsible for operating daily international sales operations for our students and dealing with their admissions. You will work closely with Customer Care, Student Support, and Summer camps teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

You will be expected to meet and exceed individual and team targets through your sales activities, using a consultative approach to establish customer needs and provide suitable products. This role requires a Spanish speaker with high English proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry or language education
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Spanish level required (C1/C2) with very high English proficiency
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work with deadlines
  • Experience of dealing with high volumes of leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales in the required language and English
  • Resilient and consistent, with the ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused on goals
  • Personal characteristics: outstanding selling attitude, goal-oriented, and able to articulate goals and assign timelines
