Job Description

In this role as International Sales Specialist, you will identify new sales opportunities with international companies and expand our relationship with current clients by upselling new products and adaptations.

You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Your challenges include using outbound techniques to generate freight forwarder leads and deals, qualifying incoming upsell lead opportunities, consistently driving revenue growth within your assigned sales territory, building and maintaining long and trusted customer relationships, understanding your client's needs and offering the right solution, creating customer presentations and demos based on the prospect's specific needs, preparing pricing proposals and managing contract negotiations, liaising with internal teams to complete proposals and drive them to the signature of the contract, and staying up-to-date with changes and developments in the freight and supply chain software industries and analyzing competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Languages skills: proficient level in English.
  • At least 3 years of experience selling B2B and in SMB sales (ideally selling data or in selling the financial sector).
  • Proven experience selling to large customers.
  • Experience doing demos of products.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales revenue targets in a fast-paced, changing sales environment.
  • Ability to present technical solutions to customers (API integrations, data input and output, product features and functionalities).
  • Extensive experience using a CRM software.
  • Outstanding negotiation and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to understand the client's needs.
