We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Expert (m/w/d) who will contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your Role at BizAway

As a full-cycle sales professional, you will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, for at least the first year. Your responsibilities include:

  • Researching and prospecting new clients in the Benelux region
  • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
  • Presenting our solution to various stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR directors, office managers, and travel managers
  • Leveraging live demos to showcase our platform to qualified prospects
  • Negotiating contracts with potential clients from demo to agreement
  • Forecasting sales revenue and providing visibility into your deal pipeline
  • Serving as an evangelist for our solution, attending fairs and public events as needed
  • Collaborating with SDRs and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop

You will also have opportunities to propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and drive growth.

Your Basic Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

  • A native level of Dutch, combined with a good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
  • An 'no excuses' attitude, recognizing that success depends solely on individual effort
  • Hunger for challenges and a willingness to continually raise the bar
  • Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions and embracing calculated risks
  • Flexibility in adapting to fast-changing environments with uncertain outcomes
