Senior Territory Representative

About the Role
We are looking for a senior territory representative to join our team in Europe. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop strategic growth, manage and expand existing accounts, and increase both profit and volume of sales in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal production, health, or nutrition, with significant experience in commercial roles. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for growth and expansion, managing and supporting distributors, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion in Europe.
- Manage and support distributors in their territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
What You'll Need
- Veterinary degree, agriculture engineering education, or similar.
- Significant experience in the sector.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of other languages.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
