Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience in an IT environment, utilizing digital tools with a good exposure to data analysis, sales processes, and working with KPIs. Fluency in German and English is required, along with excellent verbal and written skills.

About the Role

This position involves delivering sustainable and profitable growth through digital sales and automating sales processes and methodologies for the region. Key responsibilities include identifying and capturing new business opportunities within the DACH territory, analyzing local market specifics, and promoting products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, virtual events, and webinars.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze local market specifics and identify new business opportunities within the specified geographic territory and/or customer segment.
  • Validate leads coming from established sources and convert them into opportunities.
  • Promote and sell products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, virtual events, and webinars.
  • Create new accounts and log contact details of potential customers in digital tools.
  • Ensure deal profitability targets are met and manage sales pipeline velocity at the desired level.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in an IT environment.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
