Are you a sales enthusiast looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients? We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Teamtailor.
About the RoleAs a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients. You will also collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in outbound sales, strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting, and a passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities. You should have the ability to generate your own leads from the ground up, great communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a clear sense of urgency. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is also a must.
