Are you a sales-driven individual looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities? We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team at Teamtailor, a leading Employer Branding and Recruitment platform.
About the RoleAs a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This includes identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals, and closing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success
We're looking for someone with proven experience in outbound sales, strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting, and a passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities. You should also have the ability to generate your own leads from the ground up, great communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a clear sense of urgency.
