At Teamtailor, we're revolutionizing the way companies work with employer branding and recruiting online. We're looking for a talented Sales Account Executive to join our team and help us make HR heroes.

As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets. You'll manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals, and closing new opportunities.

You'll source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients. You'll collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to drive business growth.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable).
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
