Business Development Manager

At Lighthouse, we're on a mission to revolutionize the hospitality industry by providing innovative commercial solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networking
  • Responding to client inquiries and leads in a timely and effective manner
  • Developing tailored proposals and conducting product demonstrations
  • Upselling and cross-selling our products to existing clients
  • Contract negotiation and maintaining a balance between client value and company profit margins
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development in the hospitality industry (Tech Sales)
  • Passion for the travel industry and a hunter mentality
  • Fluency in French and English, with additional languages a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high level of diplomacy
