We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to oversee our On Trade channel in Castilla La Mancha, handling and developing Wholesalers (W/S) accounts to deliver profit, volume, sales drivers, and brand building.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop an area coverage/contact plan to drive maximum Return on Investment (ROI)
- Supervise execution through regular coverage plans within outlets
- Manage relationships, track financial performance, govern depletions, and identify new business development opportunities
- Accurately approve rebates, invoice claims, and deductions
- Experience in Sales departments of FMCG handling wholesalers/distributors in the On Trade channel
- Excellent relationship-building skills, confident and honest communication, team-playing, innovative thinking, and results-orientation
- Outstanding negotiation skills, P&L literacy, and strong numerical and analytical skills with comfort using MS Office, especially Excel
The estimated annual salary for this role is around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience. Benefits may include additional incentives and bonuses tied to performance metrics.
