Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving business growth and personal career development in a fast-paced environment. You will cultivate and expand client relationships, oversee service delivery, and manage contractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand client relationships to ensure high retention rates and explore opportunities for service diversification and expansion.
- Oversee the delivery of services across all client sites, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Manage contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiation, and performance assessments.
- Utilize City Wide's CRM to manage client interactions, service schedules, and performance reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an individual with a proven background in account management, sales, or a similar field within the service industry. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams are essential. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are required. Technological aptitude and experience in CRM systems are preferred.
Compensation:
The base salary is $45,000 with the potential for significant on-track earnings of $120,000+ based on performance. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a competitive bonus structure, is also offered.
Performance Metrics for Success:
Client retention rate of 96-98% is expected, reflecting superior service and client satisfaction. Revenue growth through extra service (ES) sales is also key, with specific targets set based on your defined territory.
