Salary: The base salary for this position is $45,000 with the potential for significant on-track earnings of $120,000+ based on performance.

Job Description: As an Account Manager at City Wide Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth and personal career development in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and expanding client relationships to ensure high retention rates and exploring opportunities for service diversification and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand client relationships
  • Oversee the delivery of services across all client sites
  • Address and resolve client concerns
  • Utilize City Wide's CRM to manage client interactions and performance reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven background in account management, sales, or a similar field within the service industry. You should also possess strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams. Additionally, you will need excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Revenue Growth: You are expected to generate extra service (ES) sales, with specific targets set based on your defined territory
