At Bdo Unibank, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with Sales Focus to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in the Loan Processing Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entertain walk-in borrowers and provide them with prompt assistance
  • Prepare and consolidate reports related to sales
  • Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients
  • Serve as a liaison with other units in resolving operational or service issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any 4-year college or university
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service in financial institutions, lending institutions, banks, call centers, or telecommunications companies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly customer service-oriented

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
