Medical Territory Development Manager

The Territory Manager at Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences within their assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical device market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, hospital administrators, and other decision-makers
- Provide training, support, and service to customers to ensure successful product adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of documented successful sales experience in the medical space
- Experience with Challenger Sale, SPIN, or like sales model
- Strong understanding of the medical device market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
