As a Sales Territory Director, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and managing sales operations across your assigned territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of improving patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in your territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement market strategies and drive sales growth
- Manage sales cycles from introduction to delivery, ensuring seamless customer experiences
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of documented successful sales experience in the medical space
- Familiarity with Challenger Sale, SPIN, or similar sales models
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
