Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to manage key accounts in the Industry market. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our team at TiMOTION and drive business growth.

About the Role

This role involves building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure high-level satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automation technology, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Account Management: Support existing ERGO customers in Spain & Portugal, acquire new customers in the Industry market, and maintain high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Advice and Solutions: Provide technical advice and solutions to customers and prospects, collaborate with engineering teams in Taiwan to define technical solutions and create quotations.
  • Market Analysis and Representation: Conduct market analysis for the sales area and represent TiMOTION at fairs and trade shows.
  • Reporting and Administration: Generate activity reports on a regular basis.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automation technology.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high-level customer service skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Valid Driving License: Valid driving license is required for occasional travel.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The compensation package also includes additional benefits such as health insurance and retirement plan.
