Job Opportunity
We are currently hiring for an Account Manager position in our Accelerated Sales Program. This 6-12 month program is designed to fast-track the growth and development of new Outside Sales Representatives / Account Managers.
Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training to learn White Cap's business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills.
- Prepare and execute account plans.
- Sell White Cap's value proposition and products.
- Learns about making effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with the District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers.
- Enter and process customer orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or one to two years of sales or related field experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members.
- Requires strong self-governance, a proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence.
- Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
- Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics.
Salary Range
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
