About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key player in helping our trade partners boost their sales and manage their product range, you will work directly with independent retail outlets to offer strategic advice and ensure they have the right products in stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges.
  • Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  • Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.

  • Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English and French, plus one other European language (Dutch, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian).

The Role: Working on behalf of one of the world's largest toy and game manufacturers, known for their passion in creating high-quality toys. They pride themselves on their record-breaking sales of over 500 million euros last year.

Salary: €32,000 per annum, including relocation support of up to €3,200, profit share bonus, pension plan, additional holidays, staff discount, and Share Save scheme.
