Italian Sales Professional for Dynamic Team

Teleperformance Spain is a leading customer experience management company with a global presence. Our Barcelona site employs over 4,700 people across various projects and languages. We're seeking an Italian Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in this vibrant city.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of €18,000 gross/year, with the potential for up to €1,000 in bonuses annually. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Achieving daily interaction targets through phone calls and emails
- Qualifying and managing inbound leads, identifying business needs, and personalizing product offerings
- Developing deep understanding of onboarding requirements and processes for different regions
- Collaborating with businesses to collect and submit necessary information for onboarding
- Troubleshooting issues and providing support through designated channels
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Native-level Italian language skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience working in fast-paced, scaled operations environments
- Customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center setting
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets or Microsoft Word and Excel
