The Front Office Manager is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities- Manage daily front office operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Supervise a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- A competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated based on location).
