Job Description: As a Front Office Manager - Night Shift, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front office, including guest registration, porter services, business centre, telephone services, concierge services, and guest reservations. You will also perform a review of the collections at the end of the day against the client's billing, investigate any accounting discrepancies, and manage reports at the end of the day to ensure accuracy and correctness of all charges. Additionally, you will review all reservations entered on the day and arrivals of the next day, supervise and analyze agency commissions with payment errors, and solve customer problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a customer service attitude, proven work experience as a night manager, solid written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, and ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure. Office management skills are a plus.
