Front Office Manager

We are searching for a professional able to handle different tasks together and work under pressure. For us, exceptional service to our guests is a must, where solving issues is done smoothly and diplomatically.
We want you to participate and co-create a very friendly atmosphere, while still being able to keep things in order and manage many multitasking activities at the same time.

- Well organized and great with time management.
Language proficiency:
English and Spanish essential.
Requirements:
You have at least 2-3 years of experience as Receptionist Supervisor/Manager in the Hotel/Hostel industry (Experience from Hostel industry is a BIG plus).
You have decent IT knowledge as we are a high-tech place.
Any experience from F&B is a plus.
Any experience with events/activities, social media is a plus.
Any experience with groups is a plus.
You speak fluent English and Spanish; basic Catalan + another language is a plus.
