Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the front desk team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in maintaining a positive and structured work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, including guest registration, cash handling, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness.
  • Support team members in handling guest inquiries and resolving guest complaints.
  • Stay up-to-date on local attractions, restaurants, and services to provide guests with valuable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of front office experience in an upscale hotel.
  • Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
