Luxury Hotel Front Office Manager

SLS Barcelona, a five-star urban resort, offers an extraordinary experience in the heart of Barcelona's waterfront district. As a pre-opening team member, you'll be part of creating a new standard for seaside glamour, indulgence, and excellence.
The hotel boasts 471 guestrooms, each with a terrace overlooking the city. Amenities include rooftop dining and bars, three inviting swimming pools, a spacious ballroom, break-out rooms, a rejuvenating spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
We're looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. You'll supervise the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train the Front Office team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist the Front Office Manager in maintaining a positive work environment
- Oversee daily operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest registration processes
- Handle cash and credit transactions, guest complaints, and inquiries professionally
- Schedule and assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, and inform/train team members
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of Front Office experience in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
- Previous experience with pre-opening is a plus
- Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
