Assistant Front Office Manager

At SLS Barcelona, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our pre-opening team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Front Office team and ensure efficient daily operations
- Assist the Front Office Manager in fostering a positive work environment and implementing processes to resolve disciplinary and grievance situations
- Oversee guest registration, check-in, and check-out processes
- Handle cash and credit transactions, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services
- Support team members in handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Front Office experience in an upscale hotel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
