Customer Success Operations Manager

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Operations Manager to join our team in Madrid. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
This position requires onsite presence 5-days a week and involves working with Spanish public sector clients. A background check process may be required. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of Expert Care services, providing reactive support and building relationships with customers' operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate all areas of Cisco to assist customers in resolving incidents quickly and maximising availability.
- Act as a point of escalation for customers, keeping them updated throughout the life of their incident and assisting with analysis after resolution.
- Coordinate other Expert Care resources to increase customer operational efficiency.
- Lead the operational section of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR), building trust, articulating value and providing a point of view.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree + 4 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced customer support process skills and a solid understanding of processes, procedures and systems used to accomplish work.
- Technical background in Cisco technologies or networking.
- English & Spanish speaker.
