We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to manage sales in the South of Spain territory and drive the sales of Norit activated carbon solutions.

The ideal candidate will generate and achieve all sales and profit metrics, develop strategic sales plans, and foster strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales territory and sell Norit products to generate target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from the customer base.
  • Develop volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans, and strategies for achieving desired results.
  • Drive both current and future value for Norit by building a shared understanding of individual customer and overall portfolio profitability.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate complex sales contracts with customers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and target builds; seek out competitive information.
  • Establish and maintain processes that ensure accurate budget and forecast information for the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field of science.
  • Previous experience with activated carbon, filtration and purification technologies, food additives, or water treatment or working for a distributor is preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in sales.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Results driven and business savvy professional who is able to recognize new business opportunities.
