Sales Operations Specialist

Job Opportunity:
This position reports to the District Sales Manager and will be based in Madrid for the first 6 months, followed by a permanent transfer to Barcelona.
- Manage monthly key performance indicator reports for the District Sales Manager.
- Organize weekly sales meetings as directed by the District Sales Manager.
- Plan and execute sales events to drive customer engagement.
- Ensure updated marketing materials are accessible to sales teams and create customer-focused presentations from various marketing material.
- Coordinate company visitors and meeting schedules with the sales team.
- Deliver qualified sales leads to the team.
- Coordinate bid response information requested by the local sales team or Expeditors network.
- Provide rates and pricing support.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills.
- Organize training sessions related to sales for the branch, as directed by the District Sales Manager.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure measurements are met for the branch.
- Perform additional assignments as required to support company needs.
Requirements:
- Administration or International Trade studies.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, with experience in POWER BI a plus.
- Ability to learn sales fundamentals and processes.
- Passion for driving sales results and supporting a team.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across the Expeditors network.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to influence others and apply creativity to achieve results.
- Flexibility to work off-site for local events.
- English language proficiency.
