Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a local sales team across France, providing guidance, motivation, and strategic direction to achieve exceptional results.
- Oversight and management of the P&L for the region, ensuring financial performance aligns with our company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, focusing on both nurturing existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities within the kitchen and retail sectors.
- Act as a brand ambassador and foster connections within the industry, promoting our innovative products and services.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and other regional leaders to align strategies and share market insights, driving business growth and success.
Your Profile:
- A completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on international management, sales, or marketing.
- Professional experience in B2B sales required, preferably in the kitchen sector.
- Readiness to travel up to 4 days per week to meet clients, attend events, and support the team across districts.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Assertiveness, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent English and French language skills.
