Job Description:
As International Sales Leader France, you will lead a local sales team across France, providing guidance, motivation, and strategic direction. Your duties include overseeing and managing the P&L for the region, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, focusing on both nurturing existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities within the kitchen and retail sectors.
Responsibilities

- Act as a brand ambassador and foster connections within the industry
Requirements
To succeed in this challenging position, you should have completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on international management, sales, or marketing. Professional experience in B2B sales required, ideally in the kitchen sector. Additionally, you should be ready to travel (up to 4 days per week) to meet clients, attend events, and support the team across districts. Assertiveness, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
