Sales Team Manager for Eastern Andalucía

Holidu Gmbh is a leading travel tech company with a presence in over 20 countries worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our sales and account management efforts in Eastern Andalucía.
About the Role- This is a leadership role that involves managing a team of sales professionals, training, coaching, and motivating them to achieve ambitious targets.
- You will oversee the growth of our portfolio, acquisition of new partners, and building strong relationships in the region.
- Lead a high-performing sales team in Eastern Andalucía, focusing on achieving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to drive business results and meet sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Country Lead to improve our product, streamline processes, and create best practices that benefit the entire organization.
- You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with expertise in managing teams, mentoring, coaching, and motivating team members.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, driving results through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze complex situations and develop creative solutions.
