Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for driving growth and conversion within your team by transforming opportunities into new clients. By strategically managing the sales cycle and developing partnerships with clients on the German market, you will effectively communicate the value of our partner, a dynamic startup focused on food products, through a consultative approach. You will identify qualified opportunities and establish long-term relationships by responding to inbound interests and targeting outbound prospects, contributing to the market development of this organization.
Key Responsibilities- Own the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure
- Be a trusted advisor to our clients on the German market
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
- Follow up on inbound leads and provide relevant information to foster relationships
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Collaborate with the sales team to build and deliver an efficient acquisition strategy
- Track performance against KPIs to understand your contribution to the team and identify areas for improvement
- Native/Full Professional Proficiency in German and Professional Proficiency in English speaking and writing
- Understanding of German culture, markets, and sales processes
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial role
- Residence in or near Madrid, facilitating easy access to our operational hub
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with a diverse audience
- Strong planning abilities to strategically approach tasks and ensure optimal outcomes
- A process-oriented approach to tasks, displaying a structured and organized workflow
- An eye for detail to ensure precision and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Base Salary ranging between 25-30K, commensurate with experience
- Uncapped commissions
- Hybrid working method: 2 days a week in the office in central Madrid
