Enverus Holdings, Inc., a leading energy SaaS company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative with Japanese expertise to join our sales team based in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading solutions and contribute to the growth of our business in Southeast Asia.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with excellent communication skills to represent our company's products and services in the region. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound sales and be able to generate new leads and business opportunities through cold calling, emailing campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting discovery calls, arranging demo meetings with potential clients, and managing a pipeline of interested prospects. Additionally, they will identify best practices to refine our lead generation playbook and suggest appropriate products/services to meet the needs of our customers.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • C2 level of English and Japanese proficiency
  • Prior experience in outbound sales and marketing, preferably in the solar PV industry
  • Knowledge of Asian business culture and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Empathy and good communication skills via phone and email
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak sales seasons
Desired Skills
  • Studies in Business and Engineering, preferably with a focus on renewable energy
  • C1-C2 level of Japanese proficiency
  • Previous work experience in Southeast Asia, particularly in the solar PV industry
