Japanese Business Development Representative Position

We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Representative with Japanese language skills to join our sales team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our business in Southeast Asia.
OverviewEnverus Holdings, Inc. is a leading energy SaaS company delivering highly technical insights and predictive/prescriptive analytics to empower customers to make decisions that increase profit. Our innovative technologies drive production and investment strategies, enable best practices for energy and commodity trading and risk management, and reduce costs through automated processes across critical business functions.
We offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Representing our company's products and services in Southeast Asia
- Generating new leads and business opportunities through outbound sales and marketing efforts
- Conducting discovery calls, arranging demo meetings with potential clients, and managing a pipeline of interested prospects
- Identifying best practices to refine our lead generation playbook and suggesting appropriate products/services to meet customer needs
- C2 level of English and Japanese proficiency
- Prior experience in outbound sales and marketing, preferably in the solar PV industry
- Knowledge of Asian business culture and cross-cultural communication skills
- Empathy and good communication skills via phone and email
