Job Description

Main Purpose of Role:

As a Senior Business Development Representative at Abbott, you will play a crucial role in increasing awareness of the company and its brand, generating sales opportunities, and building customer preference. You will embody the values of Abbott and create awareness, attention, and sales lead opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Represent Abbott and its products to the media and customers in a positive manner.
  2. Have a well-developed knowledge of the company's sales and marketing goals and objectives and execute initiatives to achieve them.
  3. Plan and implement awareness-creating programs to reach out to potential customers.
  4. Share customer feedback with the company to anticipate improvements to products and services and participate in developing marketing ideas.
  5. Develop and maintain strong communication with buying offices and customers.
  6. Conduct product training and handle inventory preparation initiatives.
  7. Monitor brand movement, pricing, and distribution penetration.
  8. Build and sustain business relationships with key accounts within assigned areas.
Qualifications
  • Education: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent education level as an Engineer.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research. This figure is subject to change based on location, experience, and other factors.
