About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Representative to join our Krakow, Poland team. As a sales professional with Japanese language expertise, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and strategize account management to upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Contact existing customers for consultation and relationship-building
  • Work in a target-driven environment, meeting individual sales targets and contributing to team sales goals
  • Solve problems and consult with clients to provide best-selling solutions and encourage new marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Sales aptitude and goal orientation
  • Computer savvy and proficiency in relevant tools
  • Able to relocate to Krakow, Poland or reside in the area
