Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with Japanese language proficiency to join our RatedPower team in Madrid, covering the regions of SEA & Japan. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Representing Enverus products and services, creating comprehensive business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Country Strategy Implementation: Developing country strategies for relevant territories and coordinating with the marketing team to launch promotional actions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales cycle from presenting products to securing deals, negotiating agreements, and keeping records of sales and data.
  • New Business Development: Identifying new sales opportunities through building strong networks, attending trade shows, and turning them into long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs and maximize customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Japanese and English (C1-C2 level)
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in sales and customer management, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • Sales Expertise: Closing SaaS deals with an ASP between $20-100K
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms is a plus
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
