About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience assisting customers with issues related to our products and services.

The successful applicant will be responsible for resolving customer incidents, monitoring server status, and providing assistance in the use of our systems to users.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator who can build trust with our customers.

You will play a crucial role in helping us build our reputation as a company that provides exceptional customer support for all after-sales processes.

Responsibilities

Rotating shift (morning, afternoon, night) phone and email assistance for troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot systems to determine technical issues and resolve them within the guidelines of our SLA.

Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Provide assistance in the use of our systems to users.

Monitor server status to identify opportunities to improve performance and execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure maximum performance and minimize incidents.

Ensure backups are reliable and up-to-date, as described in our SLA.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a technical degree in IT or engineering or equivalent experience in administration and troubleshooting.

Required skills include:

  • Industrial communication protocols (IEC104, Modbus...)
  • OS management (Microsoft and Linux)
  • Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
  • Data Analytics (Excel and PowerBI)

Candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written) at a Level C1.

Availability to work rotating overnight shifts is required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in SCADA systems
  • Experience in the energy sector
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases or customers
  • Time management and focus on detail
  • Open-minded and willing to work in a constantly changing environment
