About the Job
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through technical problems, using effective communication skills and support tools to resolve their requests in a timely manner. You will also ensure that customer expectations are aligned with company policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Support Representative.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and prioritize tasks.
