Teleperformance Spain, a global leader in customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing, is seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team. Located in the heart of Barcelona, we offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.

We are looking for a group of motivated individuals who can engage with potential advertisers, persuade them to adopt our marketing products, and consolidate existing customer relationships while building new ones. The ideal candidate will have native-level Italian fluency, fluent English, and previous sales experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote and sell our services, maintaining and updating customer databases, consolidating existing customer bases, and recording call history. Additionally, they will ensure customer follow-up, monitor competitors' products, create selling strategies, handle customer needs, and respond to inquiries.

We offer a competitive salary of 24,800€ gross/year, including up to 3,720€ in bonus, a hybrid working model, and a comprehensive benefits package.
