Sales Development Representative Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. Your main goal will be to acquire new advertisers by working on outbound leads and advising them on their digital advertising strategy.

You will become a key player in our sales team, responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA. Your responsibilities will include achieving a minimum number of interactions per day, qualifying and managing inbound leads, and identifying the needs of businesses to personalize our product towards their requirements.

Requirements

  • Native level of Italian
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently
  • At least 1+ years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Structured communicator, both written and spoken
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and complete day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision

Benefits

  • Salary: €18,000 gross/year - up to €1,000 gross/year (bonus)
