LumApps is an innovative SaaS-based solution that empowers companies to excel in digital transformation, employee engagement, and customer collaboration.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. This role will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for LumApps platform via email, calls, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of LumApps personas and create targeted marketing strategies to engage with them
  • Qualify new leads and schedule meetings with Account Executives to drive sales growth
  • Analyze market trends and identify areas of opportunity to improve sales performance
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes to inform future sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)
